Dkati becomes a Knight...
Not that it's entirely impressive, however, I am now official an officer. The Alliance officer barracks, on the other hand, leave something to be desired.

Dkati is revered!
Winning yet another battle through the excellence of gnomish defense, the Alterac Valley was once again cleansed of the horde.
And, with that, they have began to look upon me in a revering manner.
What this really means, of course, is that I get a shiny new implement of death!
The Electrified Dagger!!!
Of course, this is merely a stepping stone to the The Lobotomizer. Yikes!

Dkati and Opression continue...
Opression proved his evilness, and played against my one gnomish weakness!
Of course, being evil and brilliant, I have already though of the perfect counter attack!
those sticks are our best attempts at gnome traps. If they were laced with citronella they would be more effective.

Ooooooooo! I loooooove citronella. It's like a giant bright light, and I'm the poor moth! I just can't resist it!
However, I make sure to carry an ample supply of red capes, and strap them onto the back of every other alliance member on my team.
That way, you cows are too entranced with your snorting and charging of other people to notice me somewhat obscenely licking your citronella totems!
[...awkward silence...]
Dkati: (n) Like evil, but more gnomified.
Dkati speaks on stabbing, and cows...
My cow enemy, Opression, actually stated that rogues "kill" or "stunlock". However, I find killing to be a plain-vanilla statement, and I certainly don't stunlock. Thus, in response, I spoke on stabbing, and the troubles that cows bring me:
What I prefer to do, however, is stab. However, shortly after I stab, some fat cow drops a ton of sticks in the ground.
I always get tricked by those things. I keep thinking that they're checking the pH of the soil (you know, to assure proper grass growth for their daily grazings), that I forget those darned things will likely smack me with some fire and mess up my ultra-sneaky (and ultimatly sexy-evil) style.
All I'm left to do is dance and set off some fireworks (gnomes love fireworks!) while I get frost shocked and war stomped, because, in all honesty, while I'm an evil-little-thing, I'm really not all that good at stabbing.
Dkati is offended by cows...
So, on the forums, a tauren shaman named Oppression posted the following angering remarks:
To which I responded:
Silly cows make me mad!
I hate those little monsters. Every last gnome in Azeroth should be crushed like insects once and for all.
There is something especially nefarious about them. They are the most likely race to gank poor innocent horde. They have the least mercy, morals and honor of all races, even less than spiders.
I think that horde hunters shoud be given a track gnomes ability to keep tabs on those evil little things.
I am glad that their home city Gnomeregan is a disaster, but I hope that one day a disease kills them all off.
Or maybe the dwarves will evict them from Ironforge since their perceived cuteness cannot pay the rent(hideousness if you ask me).
To which I responded:
I don't know about you, but I find the smell of the Tauren homelands to just be, for lack of a better word, poopy.
I mean, we all know the Tauren share their bovine cousin's inability to control when they defecate.
You ever try to gank a drinking tauren and get sprayed with poo?
It's a horrible thing. Just horrible.
They should force you big cows to have colostomy bag trinkets
Silly cows make me mad!

Dkati's cousin, Kokoro...
My cousin, Kokoro (remarkable resemblence, no?) recently received her first ever wizard hat. Sure, sure, she's a priest and all -- but that doesn't mean she doesn't enjoy looking all arcane. After all, being holy (or shadowy, as is her case) can get boring real quick! Here's a quick before and after!

Dkati gets a beatdown...

Well, my first time into Zul'Gurub was last night, and I think I spent the majority of my time in this position... At least the priests were kind enough to ressurect me.
It was fun enough, even if the outcome wasn't too spectacular. At least we killed High Priest Venoxis!

Dkati is on a quest...
I've recently been recruited into a guild, "Fatality"! And, they are looking to head into Molten Core this coming weekend.
This is all cool and exciting, however, I've never managed to get attuned to Molten Core. *sigh* This means I need to get a Shadowforge Key from the Blackrock Depths, and then attempt a solo run at the Core Fragment.
Luckily, I've found a nifty little guide for that. I really think that the Shadowforge Key will prove more difficult!!

Dkati feels better...
After being on a tirade about the state of the battlegrounds, I discovered that Dkato, my magey friend, found the secret.
Dkato is level 28. The 20-29 Battleground have little wait during prime-time. Furthermore, in a guild dedicated to 20-29 PvP (Saga), there is excellent team play.
So, the secret is: play only to have fun -- and at level 29, everyone is on a pretty even field! Woot!

Dkati thinks about the Honor System...
In its current state, the honor system of the World of Warcraft is awfully anti-casual and is often tauted as being terribly demanding and detrimental to high-ranking power-gamers.
What I was thinking, was the the current honor system should be scrapped for something that is more win/loss.
However, to make it work, the following items would have to be addressed:
(A) Coorindated Guild versus PUGs
(B) How many matches you play effecting your ranking. -- Playing the numbers game.
More on this later, as I get time to flesh it out...

Dkati finds a great armor list...
As I've hit the upper end of my career, I've started a hankering for new gear. I ran across a link that shows where all the nifty rogue stuff comes from. Woot!

Dkati finds the best quote ever...
I found this on the World of Warcraft General Forums. It made me giggle a lot, especially the part about being paid in imaginary magic uniforms.
And thus, Kaganfindel of the Sanguis Sodalitas guild, said:
Simply fantastic. The rest of the post can be found here, assuming it hasn't fallen off the forums."What's the point in topping out a character in a game you don't enjoy, anyway? You'll spend every night working the same instance over for treasure and ignoring that big, beautiful game world because you've turned the game into an office job that pays in imaginary magic uniforms for you to wear to work. Dkati didn't Fall off Azeroth
Actually, I must say I'm quite pleased. A good friend, Katinka (consequently, another gnome) passed along a mighty fine weapon to me: The Krol Blade.
I'm quite ecstatic! I'll try to get some picture up soon. A gnome with an enormous butcher's knife is scary indeed!
